Overview of the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Delegate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial in fostering and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring the successful acquisition of new business opportunities. As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of engaging with prospective clients, presenting our offerings, and driving delegate sales for various events, conferences, and exhibitions. Main tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize delegate registrations.
• Identify and engage with potential clients to establish relationships and communicate our value proposition.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in delegate sales.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze metrics to continually improve sales tactics and strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns to drive delegate sales.

Key requirements

Proven experience in sales, specifically in delegate or event sales is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Demonstrable ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
