About the Role
You'll operate a commercial tractor-trailer transporting no-touch freight on dedicated routes, maintaining strict schedules while adhering to all DOT regulations and company safety standards. What You'll Do
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently, meeting delivery schedules and customer expectations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate logbook records and comply with federal Hours of Service regulations
- Handle no-touch freight with care, ensuring proper loading and unloading protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any concerns
- Uphold safety standards and company policies at all times
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with a clean driving record
- Minimum one year of recent commercial driving experience preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekend shifts
Compensation & Benefits
Earn $1,650 to $1,800 weekly with a $1,650 minimum weekly pay guarantee. Experienced drivers receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over five months. Additional earnings opportunities include weekend pay incentives up to $200 per week and unlimited referral bonuses ranging from $2,000 to $3,000 per qualified driver you refer.
