Key Responsibilities

• Champion a positive, restorative school climate that keeps students engaged and supported.
• Guide schoolwide behavior expectations and consistent, fair discipline practices.
• Partner with teachers, families, and staff to remove barriers to scholar success.
• Mentor students and connect them to the resources they need to grow academically and socially.
• Support college-preparatory goals by reinforcing high expectations across the campus community.

Qualifications

• A genuine commitment to educational equity and the mission of serving every scholar.
• Experience in school leadership, student support, or a related TK–12 setting.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead with empathy while maintaining consistent, fair standards.
• Eligibility to work on-site in Stockton, San Joaquin County (this is not a remote role).
