About the Role
As a Manager within EY's Government & Public Sector practice, you will lead data science initiatives that turn complex public data into actionable intelligence. Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI and data science solutions that address government and public sector challenges.
- Lead and mentor project teams, managing the full analytics lifecycle from scoping to deployment.
- Translate client objectives into data-driven strategies, models, and reporting.
- Collaborate across EY's Technology Consulting practice to integrate AI capabilities into client engagements.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI, ideally within consulting or the public sector.
- Strong command of statistical methods, data modeling, and analytical programming.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Ability to work on-site in King County and meet the requirements of government-focused engagements.
