En Coforge estamos buscando Especialista de Gobierno y Gestión de Datos (21886) con el siguiente perfil.
Responsabilidades principales
• Definir, mantener y comunicar la estrategia de Gobierno de Datos
• Operar el modelo APO14 y asegurar su adopción transversal
• Gestionar el modelo de roles (Data Owner, Data Steward, Custodios)
• Consolidar, mantener y publicar el glosario empresarial
• Validar unicidad, coherencia y alineación normativa de términos
• Coordinar la gestión y publicación de diccionarios operativos (metadatos)
• Definir reglas, dimensiones y umbrales de calidad de datos
• Coordinar el perfilamiento de datos en fuentes operativas
• Asegurar la medición continua mediante KPI/tableros de calidad
• Monitorear desviaciones de calidad y analizar impacto
• Definir y hacer seguimiento a planes de remediación
• Determinar el flujo de atención: incidencia (ITSM) o demanda (APO08)
• Asegurar la gestión del ciclo de vida del dato (creación, uso, archivo)
• Verificar controles de clasificación, criticidad y confidencialidad
• Coordinar evidencias de respaldo, retención y restauración
• Asegurar alineación con SOX, COBIT y políticas internas
• Preparar y soportar requerimientos de auditoría sobre datos
Requisitos indispensables
• Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas o afines
• +5 años de experiencia en Gobierno de Datos, Gestión de Información o Calidad de Datos
• Experiencia en entornos financieros/regulados (SOX)
• Conocimiento en COBIT 2019 (APO14), DAMA/DMBOK y calidad de datos
Requisitos deseables
• Especialización en Gobierno de Datos, Arquitectura, Riesgos TI o Auditoría
