The Data Analyst builds and maintains performance dashboards and reports that support operational decision-making across customer-facing teams. This role queries data from Snowflake, develops structured visualizations in Power BI and Metabase, and leverages Gemini-powered AI to surface performance insights, identify operational gaps, and recommend data-driven improvements. The analyst owns recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles and contributes to bonus and incentive calculation processes.

On a daily basis, you will:

• Build and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards in Power BI and Metabase for multiple CS teams.

• Write and optimize SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and load data for reporting.

• Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadences across customer-facing teams.

• Analyze individual agent and team performance metrics to support bonus and incentive decisions.

• Apply Gemini and AI workflows to generate actionable insights, identify operational gaps and bottlenecks, and propose concrete improvements to team processes and performance.

• Maintain clean, well-documented spreadsheets for performance tracking and ad hoc analysis.

• Partner with CS leaders to align metrics and KPI definitions with business objectives.

• Conduct variance analysis and support root-cause investigation for performance gaps.

• Deliver high-quality, accurate work by adhering to SOPs, SLAs, and data quality standards.

• Identify and address process gaps or reporting errors to drive continuous improvement.

What skill are we searching for?

• Proficiency in Snowflake (writing SQL queries, understanding schemas, working with large datasets).

• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Metabase (data modeling, report building, DAX basics).

• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets): pivot tables, complex formulas, data cleaning.

• Working knowledge of AI tools such as Gemini for insight generation, operational gap analysis, and improvement recommendations across customer-facing teams.

• Solid understanding of CS operational metrics (CSAT, retention, productivity, performance scores).

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Effective communicator with experience presenting findings to business stakeholders.

• Availability to work in afternoon hours between 2:00-10:00 pm.

Previous Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.

• Demonstrated experience supporting customer-facing departments (CS, Sales, Support) with performance data.

• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required.

• Any of the following certifications is preferred: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI), Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), AI/ML or Data Science certificates (Coursera, edX, etc.).

• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
