About the Role
As a Data Analyst at Rogue Fitness, you'll serve as the analytical backbone of our Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Operations teams. You'll own the costing methodology and shipping logistics that impact our product delivery across North America, Europe, and Australia—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and profitability at every step.
What You'll Do
- Design and maintain sophisticated reporting systems that give leadership visibility into sales performance, cost structures, and operational metrics
- Analyze freight carrier rates, fees, and surcharges to optimize shipping costs and identify savings opportunities
- Develop and automate data models that track product costing from procurement through final delivery
- Support cross-functional teams with custom analysis and ad-hoc reports that drive tactical and strategic decisions
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Operations systems
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and analysis
- Strong experience building reports and dashboards in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, or financial accounting principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail when working with large datasets
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
