Mercor is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer – Blue Team to design and build benchmark tasks, construct realistic evaluation environments, and define what “correct” looks like for blue-team AI reasoning. The role requires hands-on blue-team experience and strong scripting and cloud/enterprise environment skills.
Requirements
- Hands-on blue-team experience in detection engineering, threat hunting, incident response, or malware analysis
- Strong scripting and cloud/enterprise environment skills
- Ability to work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines
