Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably within multinational companies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
