About the Role
As a full-time Customer Support team member supporting Mekari Jurnal, based in Indonesia, you will resolve user questions, troubleshoot technical concerns, and turn everyday interactions into great experiences. This role blends accounting know-how with a genuine passion for helping people, making it ideal for those who enjoy problem-solving and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and complaints across live chat, phone, and email channels.
- Drive user satisfaction by listening to feedback and delivering practical solutions.
- Notify users promptly of scheduled maintenance or any service disruptions.
- Track escalated complaints and coordinate with the CS Team to follow up and support affected users.
- Pass along feature requests and helpful workarounds to fellow team members.
- Check back with customers to confirm their technical issues are fully resolved.
- Collect insights from users and relay them to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Stay current on standard operating procedures and ongoing product updates.
Qualifications
- Around one year of experience in a Customer Support role; fresh graduates in Accounting or Finance are encouraged to apply.
- Solid grounding in accounting concepts is essential.
- Proactive, people-focused, and confident in your communication.
- Strong analytical thinking and a knack for solving problems.
- A positive, approachable personality.
- Customer-first mindset with the patience to stay calm under pressure.
