About This Position
Join our dynamic and growing remote team as a Customer Solutions Specialist. We offer you the freedom to work from home with a flexible schedule while providing meaningful work that rewards your performance. Our clients have already expressed interest in learning about their benefit options, so no cold calling is required. You will meet virtually with interested clients, understand their needs, provide personalized guidance, and assist them through the enrollment process.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Virtually connect with clients who have shown interest in benefits information
- Understand each client's unique needs and provide tailored advice
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
- Build long-lasting relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Eagerness to learn and be coached
- Strong communication skills, especially in helping others
- Dependable, professional, and organized personality
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Prior customer service or sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory
