What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels with professionalism and empathy

• Document interactions accurately and identify patterns to help improve service delivery
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution
• Answer questions about Sharecare's digital health offerings and help customers understand their options
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products and policies to provide consistent, accurate information
