Gaithersburg Garage Doors is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and enjoys helping customers while keeping technicians productive.

What You’ll Do

You’ll serve as the communication hub between our customers and field technicians by:

• Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Scheduling service appointments and coordinating technician routes
• Dispatching technicians while balancing priority and efficiency
• Communicating appointment updates and arrival times
• Following up with customers regarding completed work and service questions
• Assisting customers through phone, email, and text
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records
• Supporting technicians with job information and schedule changes
• Identifying opportunities for additional services when appropriate
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call through job completion

We’re Looking For Someone With

2+ years of customer service, dispatch, or scheduling experience in a home service or field service environment.

Experience in industries such as:

• Garage Doors
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Appliance Repair
• Roofing
• Pest Control
• Restoration
• Locksmith
• Landscaping
• Construction Service
• Property Maintenance

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience dispatching field technicians
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving ability
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software is highly preferred
