About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service / Lot Attendant position based in Sparks, Nevada (NWC Sha Neva Rd & Pyramid Way). Starting pay is $15 per hour. As a member of the U-Haul team, you'll be the welcoming first point of contact for customers, helping them with rentals, equipment, and everyday questions while keeping the lot organized and ready for business. This role is perfect for people who genuinely enjoy helping others and thrive in an active, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, providing friendly, knowledgeable service throughout each visit.
- Support the rental process for trucks, trailers, and moving equipment.
- Inspect, position, and maintain vehicles and equipment in the lot so they are clean and ready for the next customer.
- Answer customer questions and help resolve concerns with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
- Work alongside a supportive team to keep daily operations efficient and the location well organized.
Qualifications

- Strong communication skills and a motivated, reliable work ethic.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet in an active lot environment.
- Able to work as part of a collaborative team in Sparks, Washoe County.
