Customer Service Clerk

What You'll Do

• Operate electronic scanning registers with accuracy and speed, processing customer transactions efficiently
• Accept and verify customer payments, handle cash and card transactions, and manage change responsibly
• Apply discounts and coupons correctly, ensuring customers receive all eligible savings
• Guide customers through the Albertsons Loyalty Program, answering questions and facilitating new sign-ups
• Bag groceries skillfully, handling items with care and following customer preferences
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and assist with stock or display tasks as needed
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and patience

What We're Looking For

• Basic math skills and comfort using point-of-sale technology
