About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll greet clients, answer questions about our services, schedule appointments, process transactions, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This role bridges our service department and our customers, requiring both strong communication skills and automotive knowledge.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary customer contact, addressing inquiries and explaining service options
• Schedule and confirm vehicle service appointments
• Process customer payments and maintain transaction accuracy
