About the Role
As a Customer Relations Representative on our State Farm Agent team, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, building lasting relationships and ensuring they receive outstanding support. You'll work directly with clients in our Amarillo office, handling inquiries, managing policy details, and keeping our operations running smoothly in a welcoming, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Assist customers with policy questions, coverage details, renewals, and claims information
- Schedule appointments and coordinate the agency calendar
- Gather customer information and provide support with new policy applications
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of all customer interactions
- Support the agent and team with day-to-day administrative work
- Develop working knowledge of State Farm insurance products and services
