We are looking for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to Croatian-speaking customers assisting them with accommodation bookings and related inquiries for Booking.com accommodation services in Greece.
Requirements
- Fluent in Croatian and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
- Experience in customer service, ideally in hospitality or travel
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
