About the Role

What You'll Do

• Take customer orders at the counter and drive‑thru, entering them accurately into the point‑of‑sale system.
• Prepare hot and cold beverages, including espresso‑based drinks, according to Dunkin’ standards.
• Assemble sandwiches, bagels, muffins, and other bakery items while following food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining tables, restrooms, and front‑of‑house areas.
• Restock supplies such as cups, lids, napkins, and condiments throughout the shift.
• Handle cash and electronic payments, providing correct change and receipts.
• Assist with opening or closing procedures, including equipment setup and shutdown.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth flow during peak periods.
