About This Position

We're seeking enthusiastic and reliable Crew Members to work part-time at our Dairy Queen location. In this role, you'll be the face of our operation, working at the front counter and drive-thru to ensure every customer receives fast, friendly, and accurate service. You'll report directly to our management team and play an essential part in maintaining the high standards our guests expect from us.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Take orders and process transactions at the counter and drive-thru window with accuracy and efficiency
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card payments
• Prepare and serve beverages, ice cream, and food items according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work station and the dining area
• Communicate politely and professionally with customers and team members
• Follow all food safety and quality procedures to deliver products that meet our standards
• Assist team members when needed to support smooth operations during all shifts
