About the Role

As a Courtesy Patrol Officer with Siegel Group Nevada, you will be the on-site presence that residents and visitors rely on for safety and peace of mind. Based in Rincon, Pima County, this full-time, on-site position blends attentive monitoring, friendly guest interaction, and proactive problem-solving across our extended-stay properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of property grounds, parking areas, and common spaces to deter disturbances and support resident safety.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, or safety hazards in a timely, accurate manner.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns as they arise.
• Enforce community rules and property policies with courtesy, consistency, and fairness.
• Maintain clear written logs and shift reports documenting activity and any incidents.
• Coordinate with property management and local authorities when a situation calls for escalation.

Qualifications

• Strong observational skills and sound judgment when assessing situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with residents, guests, and staff.
• Ability to stay composed and act decisively during stressful or emergency scenarios.
• Reliability, integrity, and a professional demeanor while representing the community.
• Willingness to work on-site in Rincon, Pima County, including patrolling on foot throughout a shift.
• Any state-required guard or security credentials, where applicable to the role.
