Position Summary
The Springs of Indian Creek is seeking a courteous and dedicated Courtesy Officer to join our team. This part-time position offers rent credit for 20 hours per week at apartment units located at 2057 West Hebron Parkway, Carrollton, Texas 75010.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist residents with various needs and inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and safe environment within the community
- Handle resident requests for services, repairs, and other assistance
- Support the overall operations of the community
Requirements
- Previous law enforcement experience preferred but not required
