About the Role

As a Corporate Tax Manager specializing in Methods, Credits & Incentives, you'll be central to sophisticated tax planning and compliance initiatives. You'll work directly with Corporate Tax leadership to deliver strategic solutions that optimize clients' tax positions while maintaining rigorous adherence to accounting standards. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in tax methodology and incentives directly shapes client outcomes and long-term tax strategies.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement comprehensive accounting method studies for corporate clients across industries
• Conduct fixed asset reviews and develop depreciation strategies aligned with current tax regulations
• Leverage specialized tax resources and analytical tools to evaluate complex tax scenarios
• Collaborate with senior tax professionals to develop and execute client-specific tax strategies
• Prepare technical documentation and memoranda supporting client tax positions and filings
• Guide clients through tax credit identification, incentive maximization, and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

• In-depth knowledge of tax accounting methods, fixed asset management, and tax credit planning
• Experience with accounting method changes and IRS compliance procedures
• Strong technical foundation in corporate tax strategy and federal incentive programs
• Excellent analytical abilities and clear communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and competing deadlines
• CPA certification or equivalent professional tax experience
• Commitment to staying current with evolving tax law and methodology developments
