Position Summary As Coordinator, Inventory and Logistics, you'll own the end-to-end management of physical assets supporting our data creation initiative. You'll track and maintain inventory systems, coordinate equipment movement between sites and projects, ensure all capture hardware remains operational, and keep our teams supplied so they can focus on building world-class training datasets. The base salary for this full-time position is $35–$40 per hour. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Execute full lifecycle inventory and logistics management for data capture operations, including equipment, consumables, and supplies across multiple projects and locations Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all capture hardware is tracked, accounted for, and ready for immediate deployment Coordinate the receipt, shipment, and inter-site transport of equipment to support project schedules and timelines Forecast supply and equipment needs and manage procurement to keep stock levels ahead of project demands Support setup and teardown of capture environments as projects ramp up and wind down Requirements Minimum two years of professional experience in logistics, inventory management, supply chain, or operations, with demonstrated ownership of complete workflows Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and equipment tracking practices Proven success coordinating freight, receiving operations, or the movement of goods and equipment between locations Excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to detail, particularly when managing competing priorities Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to serve as the reliable point of contact for equipment and supply readiness Experience managing, directing, or coordinating team members, or a demonstrated willingness to develop these capabilities Background or familiarity with robotics, hardware, motion capture, wearable sensors, or high-growth startup operations is valued but not required.
