• Track shipment progress, identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to protect service levels
• Maintain accurate documentation and generate regular status reports on logistics performance
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers and internal departments to align priorities and resolve operational issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that streamline goods flow and reduce inefficiencies
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable safety and regulatory requirements
• Monitor stock levels and alert teams when replenishment or rebalancing is required
