About the Role

As a Cook III specializing in fine dining, you'll take ownership of multiple station assignments while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. This is a skilled culinary position requiring both technical expertise and attention to detail in a fast-paced, upscale kitchen setting.

What You'll Do

• Set up and break down cooking stations at the start and end of service, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly organized and sanitized
• Operate and manage multiple cooking stations including ovens, stovetops, grills, fryers, and microwaves to prepare a diverse range of dishes according to established recipes and plating standards
• Prepare cold foods, salads, appetizers, and other chilled preparations to specification
• Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process, making adjustments to ensure consistency, temperature, and presentation standards are met
• Test cooked foods to verify they meet cooking time, temperature, and seasoning requirements before service
• Wash, peel, trim, and prepare fresh produce with efficiency and precision
• Prepare mise en place by portioning, chopping, and properly storing ingredients to support smooth service operations
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately to maintain recipe consistency

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Cook III or equivalent fine dining kitchen role
• Proficiency operating commercial cooking equipment safely and effectively
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen health codes
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during high-volume service periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to presentation excellence in fine dining standards
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
