What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion guidelines, and plating standards
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to protect guest health
• Communicate with other cooks and kitchen staff to coordinate workflow
• Monitor food quality and temperature, making adjustments as needed
• Keep your station organized and clean throughout each shift
• Respond to special requests and dietary needs with professionalism
• Support inventory management and report equipment issues promptly

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in a kitchen, whether as a Cook or prep cook
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service times
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistency
• Willingness to learn and adapt to kitchen procedures
• Valid food handler certification, or willingness to obtain one
