About the Role

The Maintenance Controller will play a crucial role within the Maintenance team at CCBA, reporting directly to the Unit Manager. This position is integral to ensuring efficient and effective maintenance operations across the company's facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, schedules, and budgets that align with business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure the timely execution of preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize asset utilization.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably with beverage companies.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a team effectively.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
