About the Role
As Contracts Manager with Security Clearance, you will lead contract lifecycle management for sophisticated aerospace programs. Working across legal, finance, procurement, and engineering teams, you'll develop and execute contract strategies that protect organizational interests while advancing project timelines and compliance. Your analytical and negotiation skills will be critical in interpreting complex regulations and building sustainable vendor partnerships in a high-stakes environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage contract development, negotiation, and execution for aerospace and defense initiatives
- Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and engineering to streamline contracting workflows
- Ensure contract compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations
- Analyze contract terms, conditions, and risk exposure; recommend protective measures
- Monitor vendor performance and manage ongoing contract modifications
- Lead cross-functional teams in resolving contract disputes and claim issues
What We're Looking For
- Active security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one)
- 5+ years of contract management experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting
- Deep knowledge of contract law, procurement regulations (FAR), and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex contracts simultaneously
- Proficiency with contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field (or equivalent experience)
