EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specialising in CRM and sales transformation to join our Kolkata, India office on a full-time basis. This is an opportunity for an experienced consultant ready to drive customer relationship management and sales process excellence for leading enterprises across India and beyond.
Position Summary
As a Senior Consultant - CRM and sales transformation at EY, you'll lead strategic consulting engagements helping clients reimagine their customer relationship management capabilities and sales operating models. You'll partner with enterprise clients to design, build, and deploy CRM solutions that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. This role combines strategic advisory with hands-on delivery, positioning you as a trusted partner to senior business leaders navigating complex transformation initiatives in today's competitive market.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and assessment activities to understand client business strategy, sales processes, and current CRM technology landscapes
- Develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps and implementation strategies for CRM and sales enablement initiatives
- Facilitate solution design workshops with client stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable, technology-enabled solutions
- Oversee delivery teams and manage key client relationships to ensure successful on-time, on-budget project execution
- Build and mentor junior consulting team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing client engagements and broader accounts
Requirements
- Extensive experience in CRM consulting, sales transformation, or related business process consulting roles
- Deep expertise in CRM platforms, sales methodologies, and enterprise sales operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex consulting engagements with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to engage senior business leaders
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, management, or a related field; MBA or advanced qualification preferred
- Willingness to travel as client engagement requirements dictate
