Litigation Associate Attorney (Mid-Level) with approximately 4–6 years of litigation experience sought for Wilmington Litigation practice with a strong focus on Delaware Court of Chancery matters.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of litigation experience at a law firm
- Strong experience with Delaware Court of Chancery matters strongly preferred
- Background in complex commercial, corporate, or securities litigation
- Active membership in the Delaware Bar or willingness to obtain as required
