About the Role As a Community Property Manager with Beach Front Property Management, you will be the on-site point of contact for residents and operations at our property located at 10305 Buford Ave., Inglewood, CA 90304. This is a part-time, on-site position scheduled for 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The role pays $20.00 per hour and includes a $100 monthly auto allowance, plus an included two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment offered at an employee rent of $677.75 per month. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations and overall upkeep of the apartment community Serve as the primary on-site contact for current and prospective residents Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of property issues Support leasing activity, resident retention, and a positive community experience Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative property management tasks Qualifications Prior experience as a property or community manager in residential apartments A proactive, hands-on approach to resident service and problem-solving Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills Availability to work on-site in Inglewood, CA during the Monday–Friday schedule About Beach Front Property Management Beach Front Property Management oversees residential apartment communities across the Los Angeles County area, including the Lennox and Inglewood neighborhoods.
