Community Onboarding Manager

Hotwire Communications is hiring a Community Onboarding Manager in San Marcos, Hays County, to lead the smooth launch of FisionX services across newly built residential communities. About the Role

As the Community Onboarding Manager at Hotwire Communications, you will own the full lifecycle of FisionX's new residential construction projects in San Marcos, Hays County — from initial planning through on-time activation. You will serve as the connective tissue between our field teams and external partners, ensuring each property is brought live efficiently while keeping every stakeholder informed and confident throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of FisionX installations across new residential construction communities, keeping projects on schedule.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships at each assigned property.
• Coordinate closely with and support field staff throughout every phase of the project.
• Act as the primary point of contact for property managers, developers, and their teams, aligning all stakeholders around shared timelines and goals.
• Guide and educate new customers, helping them understand and get the most from their FisionX services.
• Track project milestones and proactively resolve obstacles that could delay activation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project management, customer onboarding, or community/account management — ideally within telecommunications, residential construction, or a related service industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport across diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational ability to juggle multiple properties and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable collaborating with field teams, developers, and property management partners.
• Able to work on-site in San Marcos, Hays County, in this full-time position.
