Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships between Genesis Minerals, Traditional Owners and the broader Laverton community
• Facilitate open dialogue, gather community feedback and translate local priorities into practical company actions
• Coordinate engagement activities and information-sharing sessions that keep stakeholders informed and involved
• Identify partnership opportunities that deliver shared value for the community and the business
• Monitor emerging community concerns and provide clear internal advice so responses remain respectful and timely
• Represent Genesis Minerals at local forums while upholding values of accountability, sustainability, people focus, integrity, results and empowerment

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build productive working relationships within regional Australian or Indigenous community settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited to diverse audiences and culturally sensitive discussions
