About the Role As a QMHP with EMS, you'll deliver evidence-based mental health counseling and skill-building in home and community settings. This position supports individuals navigating acute mental health challenges, chronic conditions, and life transitions through accessible, client-centered care. You'll travel throughout the service area, meeting people in their natural environments to strengthen coping skills, reduce crisis frequency, and support recovery goals.
