About the Role
As a Commercial Real Estate Coordinator in North Scranton, Lackawanna County, you will guide commercial property transactions from contract to closing, ensuring each deal reaches the settlement table accurately and on schedule. This on-site, full-time position is ideal for an organized coordinator who thrives in a fast-moving escrow and settlement environment and enjoys keeping multiple moving parts aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions, working to close each deal on time.
- Track deadlines, documentation, and milestones to keep every settlement progressing smoothly.
- Coordinate communication among buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and other transaction stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and organize closing files to support accurate, compliant settlements.
- Resolve issues proactively to prevent delays during the escrow and closing process.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, settlement, escrow, or title coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and tight timelines.
- Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy across documentation.
- Clear, professional communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and outside parties.
- Comfortable working on-site in North Scranton, Lackawanna County.
