SHAH MANAGEMENT INC is hiring a full-time Commercial Property Manager in Palm Desert, Riverside County, to oversee the daily upkeep of a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties across the Coachella Valley.

About the Role

As a Commercial Property Manager with SHAH MANAGEMENT INC, you will play a central part in keeping our portfolio running smoothly. Based in Palm Desert, you will direct the hands-on, day-to-day maintenance operations of multiple commercial and residential sites throughout the greater Coachella Valley, helping the company uphold its standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily maintenance and operations of a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
• Coordinate upkeep across multiple sites located throughout the greater Coachella Valley area.
• Ensure each property consistently meets the company's operating and quality standards.
• Serve as a key point of contact for property-related needs, acting as an integral link in the company's operations.
• Support the smooth, reliable functioning of every property within your assigned portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial and/or residential property maintenance operations.
• Ability to oversee and prioritize work across several properties at once.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills suited to a multi-site portfolio.
• Commitment to maintaining high property and service standards.
• Availability for a full-time, on-site role based in Palm Desert, Riverside County.
