About the Role

As a Commercial Mortgage Broker at Dansker Capital in Miami, you will originate and structure financing solutions for commercial property clients. This is a 100% commission position, designed for ambitious individuals who want uncapped income tied directly to their effort and results. New brokers receive hands-on training and mentorship from some of the industry's most accomplished mortgage professionals, giving you a strong foundation to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, develop, and maintain relationships with borrowers, investors, and referral partners
• Originate commercial mortgage loans and match clients with appropriate lending solutions
• Guide clients through the financing process from initial inquiry to closing
• Analyze deal structures and present competitive financing options
• Participate fully in our training and mentorship program to sharpen your brokerage skills

Qualifications

• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset suited to a commission-based role
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation abilities
• Interest in commercial real estate, lending, or finance
