Gpac is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its insurance practice serving clients out of Montrose, Los Angeles County. About the Role
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager with Gpac, you will own the day-to-day servicing of a book of commercial insurance accounts. The position centers on accurate policy administration, clear communication with all stakeholders, and driving the marketing and quoting cycle for both new and renewing business. To be considered, applicants must reside in California or Nevada.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain policy changes and client account details with a high degree of accuracy.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, producers, and carrier underwriters, answering questions related to policies and coverage.
- Lead the marketing and quoting workflow for new business submissions and account renewals.
- Coordinate with carriers to secure competitive terms and ensure coverage aligns with client needs.
- Support the broader account team in delivering a responsive, professional client experience.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in commercial lines insurance account management.
- Working knowledge of policy servicing, coverage concepts, and the quoting and marketing process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging clients, producers, and underwriters.
- Detail-oriented approach to data entry and account documentation.
- Current residence in California or Nevada.
