About the Role
As a Commercial Cooking Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain food service equipment that powers restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing facilities throughout the region. This role offers hands-on technical work with modern equipment and the satisfaction of getting kitchens back in operation quickly and professionally.
What You'll Do
- Service and repair commercial kitchen equipment and food service systems
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity
- Document service work and maintain detailed service records
- Respond to service calls at multiple locations across Pennsylvania
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and facility managers to minimize downtime
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial food service equipment repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
