About the Role
As a Commercial Banking Support Specialist at Alpine Bank, you'll partner with the Commercial Banking Sales team, Electronic Banking Product Managers, and representatives across Alpine Bank locations. Your focus is understanding each client's account requirements and resolving issues so businesses can bank with confidence. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Grand Junction, Mesa County.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Commercial Banking Sales team to assess and meet business account needs.
- Work alongside Electronic Banking Product Managers to support and improve banking products.
- Coordinate with representatives at Alpine Bank branch locations to deliver consistent service.
- Identify customer concerns and troubleshoot account and product issues promptly.
- Carry out the essential duties of the role, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for working across multiple internal teams.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve account-related questions.
- Comfort supporting electronic and commercial banking products and services.
- Detail orientation and the organization to manage several priorities at once.
- Willingness to work on-site in Grand Junction, Mesa County.
