Command and Control Systems Training Analyst

Lukos seeks a Command and Control Systems Training Analyst to join our team in Tampa, Hillsborough County. This full-time position is contingent upon contract award and offers the opportunity to develop and deliver critical training for command and control systems operations.

Role Overview

As a Command and Control Systems Training Analyst at Lukos, you will design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and self-paced training programs for personnel operating advanced command and control systems. You'll partner with subject matter experts and program stakeholders to create comprehensive, effective training curricula that prepare operators and decision-makers to succeed in complex, mission-critical environments. This role combines instructional design, technical expertise, and operational knowledge to build training solutions that drive organizational readiness.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop training curricula, lesson plans, and instructional materials for command and control systems operators and analysts
• Conduct needs assessments and coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with operational requirements
• Deliver instructor-led training courses and facilitate hands-on system familiarization sessions
• Assess trainee performance and collect feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness
• Maintain and update training documentation and instructional resources as systems and procedures evolve
• Support program management initiatives related to training delivery and personnel qualification

Qualifications

• Current U.S. Passport and ability to travel and work overseas as required
• Security clearance eligibility and ability to meet COMSEC briefing requirements
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, computer science, engineering, military science, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in training, systems engineering, or military and defense operations
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering technical training
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex systems to diverse audiences
• Proficiency with training development tools and learning management systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, requirements-driven environment
