Clinician – Licensed – Gp

Volunteers of America Northern Rockies is seeking a Licensed Clinician to deliver direct clinical and educational treatment services to individuals throughout their recovery journey in our Sheridan office.

About the Role

As a Clinician - Licensed - GP, you'll provide evidence-based clinical services designed to meet each client's individual needs while adhering to our organization's clinical standards. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives through direct engagement and professional expertise.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive social and clinical assessments to understand client treatment needs and history
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and circumstances
• Deliver direct clinical and educational services during treatment episodes and ongoing sessions
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation and client records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate comprehensive care
• Monitor client progress, track outcomes against treatment objectives, and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Ensure all services meet agency standards, licensing regulations, and practice requirements

What We're Looking For

• Active clinical licensure as required for mental health or substance abuse treatment practice
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Ability to provide compassionate, culturally responsive care to diverse client populations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clinical documentation
• Capacity to work effectively both independently and within collaborative team environments
