Actalent is hiring a full-time Clinical Trial Specialist in New Brunswick, Middlesex County, to help advance oncology research through the careful coordination of clinical studies from start to finish.
About the Role
As a Clinical Trial Specialist with Actalent in New Brunswick, you will guide oncology clinical trials across their entire lifecycle — from protocol setup and study activation through day-to-day execution and accurate record-keeping. Partnering closely with research nurses, physicians, and study teams, you will play a central part in keeping each trial compliant, well-documented, and running smoothly on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate oncology clinical trials throughout every phase, including protocol initiation, site activation, and ongoing conduct.
- Maintain thorough and accurate study documentation in line with trial requirements.
- Confirm that regulatory, ethical, and operational standards are consistently upheld across all study activities.
- Collaborate with research nurses, physicians, and clinical staff to support trial progress and patient care.
- Support communication and follow-through among study stakeholders to keep trials on track.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with clinical trial processes, ideally within an oncology or research setting.
- Working knowledge of regulatory and ethical requirements governing clinical research.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to documentation and detail.
- Effective communication and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Availability for this full-time, on-site position in New Brunswick, Middlesex County.
