About the Role
As an RN Registered Nurse Clinical Research Specialist with Banner Health, you will deliver primary nursing support across our Gateway Oncology research program. Based in the Higley and Gilbert area of Maricopa County, this position blends bedside clinical expertise with the rigor of research, giving you the chance to contribute directly to studies that shape future patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary nursing support for oncology clinical research studies and protocols
- Coordinate patient care activities in line with approved research guidelines and standards
- Educate and support research participants throughout their involvement in clinical trials
- Maintain accurate documentation and records to ensure study compliance and data integrity
- Collaborate with physicians, research staff, and the broader oncology care team
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Clinical nursing background, with interest or experience in research and oncology preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to protocol and regulatory compliance
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with patients and multidisciplinary teams
- Availability for a full-time, day-shift schedule in Higley, Arizona
