Client Services Manager

Join SPS-North America as a Client Services Manager at our New Rochelle, Westchester County location, managing on-site operations for a law firm client. This is a full-time position where you'll lead a professional team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.

About the Role

As Client Services Manager, you'll take charge of a professional team delivering essential support services to a demanding legal environment. Your leadership will be visible and direct, with accountability for every interaction and outcome that shapes the client's experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise on-site staff across reception, concierge, mail/shipping/courier, records management, and administrative functions
• Set and enforce operational standards that consistently meet or exceed client expectations
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand evolving needs and adjust service delivery accordingly
• Oversee daily workflows, scheduling, performance, and professional development of your team
• Manage vendor relationships for shipping, courier, and other external services
• Monitor records management protocols and administrative support quality
