The schedule runs from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM IST so that you can collaborate smoothly with international colleagues and stakeholders. Success depends on clear communication, careful research and a collaborative spirit that helps clients address their most critical business questions. Your Responsibilities Examine client project briefs carefully and draw on multiple information sources to locate the most suitable subject-matter experts across geographies, sectors and specialist topics Approach potential Advisors by telephone, LinkedIn and other outreach channels, explaining how their knowledge aligns with current client needs so they join the network Evaluate experts against project criteria and prepare clear professional profiles for clients to review Build strong working relationships with colleagues in other Guidepoint offices and with Advisors, always operating in a supportive team-oriented manner Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree accompanied by a solid academic background Fluent command of English Confident and outgoing manner that allows easy conversation with professionals at every organisational level Genuine interest in a sourcing or lead-generation style of work Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to keep learning new industries and topics Strong written and spoken communication skills Excellent time-management and organisational habits Proven capacity to contribute both independently and as part of a team Comfort operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial setting Keen interest in cross-border collaboration About Guidepoint Guidepoint is a leading research enablement platform that helps organisations advance understanding and strengthen decision-making through innovative technology, real-time data and carefully sourced expertise.
