About the Role

As a dry‑van operator, you will transport a variety of freight across regional and national lanes while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations and delivery schedules. The position offers earnings potential in the range of $85,000 to $110,000 per year, based on miles driven and experience, with supportive dispatch and consistent home‑time options.

What You'll Do

• Perform thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the tractor‑trailer and report any mechanical concerns.
• Secure cargo according to load specifications and verify proper weight distribution.
• Follow planned routes using GPS and adjust for traffic, weather, or road conditions as needed.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and comply with Hours of Service regulations.
• Communicate pickup and delivery status to dispatch and customers in a timely manner.
• Handle paperwork such as bills of lading, fuel receipts, and trip envelopes.
• Assist with loading and unloading when required, using appropriate equipment.
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable, contributing to a professional company image.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL with no serious violations or suspensions.
• At least six months of verifiable over‑the‑road driving experience or successful completion of a certified training program.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug screen.
• Proficiency with electronic logging devices and basic trip planning software.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
