About the Role
This is a hands-on Concrete Finisher position where you'll deliver precision finishing work on projects across the Tucson area. You'll be part of a team committed to exceptional craftsmanship and take ownership in your contributions to every project completed.
What You'll Do
- Finish and smooth concrete surfaces to exact specifications and design standards
- Operate concrete finishing tools and equipment with skill and precision
- Follow blueprints and project specifications to achieve required surface quality
- Prepare and manage concrete materials throughout the finishing process
- Work collaboratively with crews to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks
- Maintain safe work practices and comply with all jobsite safety protocols
What We're Looking For
- Proven concrete finishing experience in commercial or heavy-civil construction
- Solid expertise in concrete finishing techniques and industry standards
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and project specifications
- Physical capability to perform demanding concrete work in all weather conditions

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
