Youth Support Worker

Apis Services is hiring a Part-Time Youth Support Worker at our West Trenton location in Mercer County, NJ. This is your opportunity to provide direct care and support to young people in a residential setting while working flexible shift hours.

As a Youth Support Worker with Apis Services, you'll be part of a dedicated team committed to helping young residents thrive. You'll provide daily supervision, guidance, and mentoring in a structured residential environment, building meaningful relationships while fostering positive development and life skills.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and support youth residents during assigned shifts, maintaining a safe and supportive living environment
• Assist with daily routines, activities, and personal care needs as required
• Model positive behaviors and provide encouragement to help young people build confidence and independence
• Document observations and communicate with supervisors and clinical staff about resident needs and progress
• Support recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities that promote resident growth
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety protocols

Position Details

This is a non-exempt, part-time position based in West Trenton (Ewing area), Mercer County. Scheduled shifts are Friday through Saturday, available on three rotating schedules: 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, and 11pm–7am. Hourly pay is $18.50.
